Fraud Alleged at Red Cross Call Centers (via this article)
After the hurricanes, I dropped chunks of change in the direction of two charities, the Red Cross and Episcopal Relief & Development. One always hopes that one’s giving will be met with ethical behavior, but it ain’t necessarily so.
